After months of hybernation SemiDomesticated is experiencing a severe cause of the spring itch. It is finally time to get out of our caves and hiding places, shed some layers, and celebrate that the days are getting brighter and warmer. SemiDomesticated is proud to introduce our spring exhibition at The Parlor, Cabin/Fever.

To celebrate we are bringing together some of Berlin and Europe’s finest upcyclers, re-designers and other sustainably minded creators in the fields of interior and fashion design, including Pastperfekt, Sooph, Gelebtes Holz, Friederike Porscha and more… In addition you will also find Till’ s beautiful airplants and Sacha Molnar’s wood branch clothing hangers on display and for sale.

New of the season is our readers corner, where you can read and purchase a small collection of hand picked magazines from Berlin and internationally, ranging from Vancouver based Poetry is Dead, Oslo/Berlin based FUKT and Bracket Magazine hailing all the way from Singapore.

At this point we still have room for a couple more designers; one more in the field of fashion and a few more in interior, furniture or fashion accessories. The theme is reflected in the name, Cabin/Fever, and we are looking for spring fashion and accessories, light clothing, subtle colors, wood, leather, things related to gardening, plants, planters. As always, design must fit into a minimum of one of the following: be sustainable and/or upcycled/redesigned, local and/or using organic materials. Send in submissions to
